Denver International Airport is encouraging passengers to arrive early as they expect an influx of travelers on Monday as the holiday exodus continues.

The airport says it expects 163,000 people to pass through the airport Monday as compared with the 145,000 that pass through the hub on a normal day.

The Pikes Peak long-term shuttle parking lot is full, the airport says.

Winter weather that moved through the state has not impacted travel times or airport operations, though airport officials say snow removal crews are on standby.

FlightAware.com showed no arrival or departure delays at the airport as of about 6:30 a.m.
