Windsor police are interested in talking with anyone who was in the area of Weld County Road 15 and Weld County Road 72 between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on May 18, the day that park caretaker John Jacoby was shot and killed while bicycling.
Police said Tuesday that their investigation is continuing, with “numerous” tips being investigated.
