Police at Colorado State University warned the campus community on Wednesday about a “disruptive” and “potentially dangerous” individual.
Christopher Plum, 30, has been contacted by officers several times in recent days and as a result of his behavior on campus has been charged with harassment and trespassing.
“He has been disruptive and hostile towards individuals on campus, and he acted in a bizarre and violent way toward (officers) during a recent contact,” police said in a news release.
Plum, who has faced three prior assault charges among other criminal accusations, has been banned from the university campus through an exclusionary order.
Plum is described as 5-foot-6, weighing about 160 pound with blonde hair, hazel eyes and a reddish-blonde beard.
“Do not attempt to speak with him,” police said.
Anyone who sees Plum is asked to call police at (970) 491-6425 or 911.
