Police in Denver have identified two people arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder in the death of a man whose body was found dumped in an alley Friday.
Yer Zit, 26, and Zar Yar, 23, are being held without bond after appearing in court on Monday morning. Police have not released details in the arrest.
The Denver medical examiner’s office described the victim as Asian and said an autopsy has been performed, but the cause and manner of death are being investigated.
The man’s name is being withheld “pending positive identification and next-of- kin notification,” the office said last week.
The man was found about 1 a.m. Friday near the 1300 block of Xenia Street on the city’s eastern edge.
