Bravo’s “Top Chef” show is looking for up-and-coming chefs to compete on the upcoming season of its popular cook-off show, and the casting call will be held in Denver next week.

Chefs who’d like to audition for the show should send an e-mail to topchefcasting@magicalelves.com with Denver in the subject line, or go to Bravotv.com/topchefcasting.com for more information.

The casting call will be held on Feb. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Rioja, 1431 Larimer St. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, so the public won’t be able to check out the auditions.

It’s a restaurant with Top Chef lineage, owned by Jennifer Jasinski, a finalist in the show’s fifth season.

Richard Sandoval of Tamayo also competed in the same season, and Hosea Rosenberg of Boulder’s Black Belly has also been a contestant, along with such chefs as Jorel Pierce of Stoic & Genuine.
