The Broncos began their first practice of the day in pads this morning at 8:50 at Dove Valley in front of hundreds of early-morning fans.
Linebacker Von Miller, the No. 2 overall pick, was back in action today after leaving Friday’s practice with a bruised quadricep. Rookie safety Quinton Carter also returned, in pads, after being carted off the field Friday due to heat stress.
