An arrest warrant affidavit alleges Kevin Edward McMahon, 53, was using the pool at the Fox Ridge Apartments on June 13 and started screaming “wetback” at a Hispanic family and saying, “When Trump builds the wall, they are gonna need to know how to swim back home.”

He also reportedly asked one of the men in the family if he urinated outside “like an animal.”

McMahon faces two counts of bias-motivated crime, one count of disorderly conduct and 10 counts of felony menacing.

Police allege McMahon also announced that he was going back to his apartment to retrieve a firearm, and then returned with what appeared to be a pistol wrapped in a towel, which he placed on a table.
